BigBangLLC ("we", "us", or "our") builds games and apps that respect your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our products.

Information We Collect

You can play our games as a guest without an account. Depending on how you use them, we may collect:

• Account information — if you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we receive an account identifier and the basic profile details the provider shares (such as your email address and name).
• Nickname — the name you pick, which other players see in multiplayer games.
• Gameplay data — multiplayer games you create or join, the moves played, and your results and stats (such as rating, wins, losses and fastest solve).
• Feedback — the message and category you submit through the in-app feedback form.
• Crash and error reports — technical details about errors (such as device type, OS version and what the app was doing), with no name, email or account identifier attached.

Guest progress and your nickname are stored on your device. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

How We Use Your Information

• To sign you in and keep your stats with your account
• To run multiplayer games, matchmaking and ratings
• To read and respond to feedback
• To diagnose crashes and fix bugs

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing email.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We use a small number of service providers to run our apps: Supabase (database and sign-in), Sentry (crash reporting), and Apple or Google when you choose to sign in with them. They process data only to provide these services to us. We may disclose data if required by law.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the app. You can also email us to request deletion. Guest data stays on your device until you delete the app or clear its data.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
